Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Job Purpose: Preparing Engineering documents, coordinating with Engineering consultant for reviewing project design, drawings, calculations, etc. Providing the assistance to planning engineer to prepare the Project Schedule. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly report to client. Preparing monthly invoice as per project progress & submitting to client for approval, follow-up with client for early approval. Follow-up with procurement team, and coordinating with Procurement team and vendors for the material delivery as per schedule for the assigned projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications as per client requirements. Attending project review meeting with the clients to interpret their requirements, project progress, invoice status, Project completion and handover.
