Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Adept at identifying operational issues and providing real-time solutions, especially in high-pressure environments such as live events or sports venues. Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including event organizers, service providers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth collaboration. Health & Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in large event settings.
