Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job description Review of requests for proposals (RFP), invitation to tender (ITT), documents, understanding, analyzing, and accurately assessing all requirements. Compliance check requests for all new clients/partners/subcontractors Involvement in the development of the proposal strategy for the tender. Coordination, compilation & assistance to, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines. Ensure the correct technical, commercial and legal tender review process is followed as per ISO process at all times Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure that all relevant input received is compliant with ITT, RFP requirements. Prepare all relevant documentation and attend internal tender review and approval meetings. Maintain communication with client and support in obtaining client feedback on tenders submitted. Issue all tender clarifications & bulletins to client and expedite client for obtaining timely response to the TBs and TCs issued to them. Assist in the preparation and compilation of pre/post-Bid clarifications and clarification replies, and contract documents, prior to signature; ensuring that all contract documentation is in line with all previously agreed tender negotiations. Receive and understand post-contract feedback, obtained from executed projects, for use in future bid efforts. Document and file, in an organized manner, all relevant tender correspondence and data.
