Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to join our clients team working on a large development project in KSA. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and excellent communication skills. As an MEP Project Manager, you will: • Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in construction projects. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. • Conduct technical reviews of designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance with standards and client requirements. • Supervise and monitor subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. • Implement risk management strategies to address technical or operational challenges. • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out records. • Ensure that all MEP installations meet regulatory codes, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
