Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage all execution of electrical commissioning activities to achieve commissioning schedule on target with all safety requirements especially during SIMOPS Monitor the contractor electrical commissioning activities making sure the OPERCOM methodology is respected and the system database ICAPS is used properly Lead execution for electrical commissioning at offshore and keep commissioning execution committed to targets defined by the project management Monitoring of VENDORS activities, Punchlist clearance, full OTP etc. Monitoring and review the progress in ICAPS on daily basis Provide guidance and timely review on contractor s commissioning execution plan and processes verifying fitness for purpose and compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards Ensure coordination and communication for site activities with other disciplines such as construction, hook-up and Completion Team Review and propose mitigation for Commissioning aspects of the Risk Management Plan and Monitor the mitigation when defined Review all Commissioning changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the MOC procedure Clearing of punch-list items Responsible for readiness of the main milestone of electrical system sub system (MC walkdown, RFC, RFSU, PSSR etc.) Attend to meetings as required, mentor the trainees to develop their project skills and experience while being on site; Maintain a register of lessons learned
