Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Commissioning Manager to join our team! In this role you will oversee the commissioning phase of wastewater and sewerage line projects. The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all systems and components related to wastewater treatment plants, sewerage lines, and related infrastructure meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards. This role will involve coordinating the start-up activities, conducting testing and verification, and ensuring the proper handover to the client or operations team. What You'll Be Doing: Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and strategies for wastewater/sewerage line projects. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements during commissioning. Lead the testing and validation of all systems, equipment, and components of wastewater treatment and sewerage infrastructure. Supervise the execution of performance tests, functionality tests, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure proper system operation. Ensure all commissioning tests are completed according to specifications and contract requirements. Supervise and manage commissioning teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors. Provide technical guidance and support during the commissioning phase.
