Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to forecast costs. Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Tendering & Procurement: Prepare and issue tender documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and contracts for subcontractors and suppliers. Evaluate tender submissions, negotiate prices, and recommend award decisions. Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and timelines. Contract Administration: Manage contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Handle variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Monitor and enforce contract compliance to avoid disputes. Cost Control & Financial Management: Track project expenditures, monitor costs, and prepare financial reports. Conduct cost analysis and forecasting to prevent overruns. Approve and certify progress payments and invoices for subcontractors. Site & Project Coordination: Conduct site visits to verify work progress, measure quantities, and assess variations.
