Job Summary: The Gas Compression Station Rehabilitation & Maintenance Site Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of rehabilitation, maintenance, and repair activities at gas compression facilities. This role ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards while optimizing station performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project & Maintenance Management:  Lead on-site rehabilitation, maintenance, and repair activities for gas compression stations.  Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.  Supervise contractors and technicians, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.  Coordinate with engineering teams to review technical drawings, equipment specifications, and repair procedures. 2. Safety & Compliance:  Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations.  Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks.  Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., API, ASME, OSHA, DOT).  Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. 3. Operational Efficiency:  Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.  Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues.  Optimize maintenance strategies (predictive, preventive, corrective).  Manage spare parts inventory and procurement. 4. Team Leadership & Coordination:  Supervise maintenance crews, subcontractors, and vendors.  Provide technical guidance and training to staff.  Liaise with operations, engineering, and procurement teams.  Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management. 5. Documentation & Reporting:  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.  Ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance.  Generate reports on equipment status, project milestones, and budget tracking. Qualifications & Experience:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).  Experience: o 5+ years in gas compression station maintenance, oil & gas facilities, or pipeline operations. o Proven experience in rehabilitation projects and rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps).  Certifications (Preferred): o OSHA Safety Certification o API 617/618 (Compressor Standards) o NACE or equivalent corrosion control certification o Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus.  Technical Skills: o Knowledge of gas compression systems (reciprocating/centrifugal compressors). o Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, and control systems. o Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
