Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead electrical maintenance engineer activities, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Supervise team members to achieve targets and objectives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental procedures. Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions to enhance plant reliability. Manage documentation and cost control for maintenance activities. Desired Candidate Profile Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering. 12-15 years of maintenance experience in power systems and HV substations. Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills. Proficiency in maintenance software, preferably SAP. Experience in refining, chemical, and petrochemical equipment.
