Job Description Roles & Responsibilities ROLE PURPOSE Manage and lead all the process technology related activities by developing and implementing highest levels of technical excellence within process technology, across the engineering, production, maintenance, and technology centre as well as provide technical leadership contribution and excellence to ensure safety, integrity reliability, and availability of the OLNG complex. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1)MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive seamless communication between senior leadership, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and timely decision making Build a strong team culture by fostering a positive and productive work environment and ensuring that the staff is motivated and collaborative Set clear goals and expectations for team members, regularly assess their performance against the set goals, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Conduct regular check ins with team members for alignment on expectations and performance Lead the process technology team and ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources to achieve departmental objectives Guide and support team members on all operational and functional matters and resolve any doubts/concerns/grievances they have Devote time to train team members on new ways of working, developing new competencies, and upskilling to drive performance and productivity 2)FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Process Technology Strategic Planning: Establish and oversee the implementation of the long-term strategic plan for the process technology activities in the Asset Reference Plan, and ensure alignment with production, maintenance, and projects for delivery
