Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Experience in managing the operation, repair and maintenance of medium voltage networks and distribution panels 13.8 kV, transformer stations, power generation units, low voltage distribution systems, control systems and electrical protection with the ability to act in emergency situations. He must be able to prepare preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and have good administrative and technical experience with full knowledge of Arabic and English. Design and oversee the implementation of electrical systems and infrastructure within facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical equipment and systems to identify and resolve any operational issues promptly. Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Utilize energy management techniques to assess and optimize energy consumption within facilities, aiming for sustainability and cost reduction. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service contracts for electrical maintenance and repair services to ensure high-quality support. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for electrical projects, ensuring transparency and accountability in facility operations. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on electrical best practices and safety protocols to foster a skilled workforce. Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments related to electrical work to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
