Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We at Emarat Aloula is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer who will handle the design, review, and coordination of electrical systems for substations, pumping stations, and industrial utility facilities. Focuses on high-voltage / medium-voltage systems, SCADA / instrumentation integration, and auxiliary low-voltage systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop SLDs, load schedules, protection schemes, cable sizing, and layouts. Perform load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies (ETAP/CYME). Design earthing and lightning protection systems. Review SCADA, RTU/PLC-based control, and integration with pumps, meters, and sensors. Validate IO lists, wiring diagrams, and interface requirements. Design LV/auxiliary systems (lighting, small power, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PA/BMS). Review vendor submittals for MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, panels. Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, BS, TRANSCO, DEWA, ADDC, SEC. Provide site technical support for testing and commissioning. Maintain deliverable schedules and prepare compliance review reports
