Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Preparation of Installation Procedures: Develop installation procedures per internal guidelines and client requirements, emphasizing safety. Procedures must detail methods, sequence of work, installation aids, and consumables needed. Risk Assessment and Communication: Actively engage in project Task Risk Assessments and implement findings. Technical Recommendations: Suggest improvements to technical details and drawings for safer installation procedures. Document Management: Review project drawings and documents, reporting discrepancies to the Principal Operations Engineer. Maintain project files in compliance with project requirements. Loadout and Transportation Planning: Create loadout and sea fastening plans for safe and timely material/structure transportation. Prepare material lists and coordinate with the Procurement Coordinator for procurement needs. Engineering Support: Prepare Design Input Overview for Construction Support Engineering and manage engineering closeout. Draft Work Orders for fabrication of installation aids and oversee their completion. Coordination with Departments: Work with Marine Operations, E&M, and Diving departments to ensure readiness of equipment and personnel. Coordinate with Production Engineers to verify loadouts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
