Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, testing, and reassembly of completions equipment. Maintain and service upper/lower completions tools, liner hangers, packers, and related accessories per technical manuals and procedures. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with HSE standards; complete JSAs and participate in toolbox talks. Track and document work activities using work orders, checklists, and maintenance reports. Operate lifting equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes (with certification). Prepare completions tools for shipment and receive inbound equipment. Report equipment issues, troubleshoot faults, and escalate complex problems to supervisors. Lead and mentor junior team members in senior roles, ensuring compliance with SOPs and workshop standards. Support continuous improvement (LEAN/5S) initiatives for workshop efficiency. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
