Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Operate and monitor the Plant through the DCS system, ensuring stable and safe operations. Coordinate with field operators for start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling of plant units. Troubleshoot plant upsets and abnormal conditions, minimizing downtime and production losses. Optimize plant performance while ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Implement and monitor the Permit to Work system, ensuring safe equipment isolation and maintenance activities. Lead, guide, and develop Operator Technicians during shifts. Review lab results, adjust process parameters, and ensure products meet specifications. Take full operational responsibility during emergencies in the absence of the Shift Supervisor
