Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Preparing and maintaining the Project Tracker Sheet (PTS) to monitor key elements such as project deliverables, material and subcontract requirements, variation logs, and RFI logs. Support the planning department in developing detailed schedules and assigns critical tasks to team members using task management tools, ensuring progress is tracked and concerns are escalated when necessary. Responsible for initiating RFQs for all materials and subcontracts, ensuring the inclusion of all required supporting documentation. Weekly status reports are issued and presented during progress meetings, with any risks or delays clearly highlighted. Coordinating material delivery and following up until materials are received at the warehouse. Regular communication with stakeholders is maintained to identify and resolve any project roadblocks.
