Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Manager Company: ALFANAR GAS AND GENERAL CONTRACTING - L.L.C -O.P.C Location: [Insert Location, e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.] Job Summary:The Operations & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of all gas and general contracting projects, including gas distribution systems, pipelines, and associated equipment. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, and ensuring full compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and client requirements. The manager will be accountable for optimizing asset performance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the long-term integrity of all systems. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operation of all gas and general contracting assets, facilities, and systems, including LPG/NG distribution networks, storage tanks, and industrial equipment. Monitor system performance and proactively address operational issues to prevent disruptions and maximize uptime. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability. Maintenance Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment and infrastructure. Plan and coordinate routine inspections, calibrations, and performance testing to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency. Conduct technical inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee the repair of faulty equipment (e.g., regulators, vaporizers, valves, meters). Ensure an adequate inventory of spare parts and tools is maintained to support all maintenance activities efficiently.
