Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Ensure the progress of all processes of the production in relevant production line in accordance with the company's manufacturing procedures and quality standards. Plan and coordinate the activities of individual sections to manufacture as per monthly schedules. Give feedback to Production Manager about the precision of planning data for his manpower hours. Arrange necessary (in-house / hands on work) training for production section supervisors and workers. Resolve all difficulties during the working day to have smooth operation through proper coordination with other departments through the Production Manager. Ensure all required safety precautions are taken to have safe operation and personnel.
