Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Previous experience as a technician in a senior role, particularly with material handling equipment ( MHE) OEM's specializing in different types of trucks like VNA, Reach Truck, PPT, Stacker & Forklift. Proficient in using hand tools and extensive knowledge of diagnostic machinery. Well versed in diagnosis & parameter setting in all kinds of forklifts with exposure to various types of diagnosis software. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical & hydraulic systems. Basic knowledge and ability to use desktop & mobile devices. Holding a valid driving license issued in the UAE. Proficient in English speaking/reading/writing. Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately in the service management system. Ability to manage and lead junior technicians.
