Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage Electrical Engineering projects from concept through detailed engineering and project execution. Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. Plan, monitor, and control engineering deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality. Review and approve engineering documents, design calculations, specifications, and drawings. Ensure compliance with client standards, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, QatarEnergy, Saudi Aramco, and international engineering standards. Interface with procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. Lead technical discussions, design reviews, HAZOP, constructability reviews, and client meetings.
