Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Department OPERATIONS - REFINING Primary Purpose of the Job Refinery & Chemical Plant process units are main production units. Job requires being more vigilant, envisage the problems beforehand and take appropriate, correct, accurate decision to minimize production loss during the shift. The work schedule is a 12 hrs rotating shift often unsociable hours, including some weekends and holidays. Extra hours may be required during Turnaround and emergency. Work nature involves office work in Central Control Building (CCB) and fieldwork inside Refinery in adverse climatic conditions involving operation of hot Furnaces, high sound areas and dealing with toxic gases.
