Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and allocate repair and maintenance work to technicians to maximize workshop productivity and efficiency. Monitor workshop operations to ensure repairs and servicing are completed to the highest quality standards and within agreed timelines. Drive First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and minimize repeat repairs through effective quality control processes. Support Service Advisors in delivering an exceptional customer experience through accurate repair information and on-time vehicle delivery. Monitor job card progress, workshop loading, technician productivity, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with OEM standards, company policies, warranty processes, and audit requirements. Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve technical capability and performance. Promote and maintain HSSE standards and ensure a safe working environment with a zero-incident mindset. Collaborate with Parts, Service Reception, Warranty, and Management teams to ensure smooth workshop operations. Analyze workshop performance and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
