Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare detailed Operations & Maintenance Manuals for Gas Treatment and Hydrocarbon Processing Plants. Review and interpret engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, Process Descriptions, Cause & Effect Charts, Control Narratives, Equipment Datasheets, Vendor O&M Manuals, and Utility Philosophies. Develop structured O&M documentation covering Plant Overview, Process Description, Operating Procedures, Start-up & Shutdown Procedures, Emergency Operations, Troubleshooting Guidelines, Safety Precautions, Maintenance Philosophy, and Equipment Maintenance Procedures. Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Operations teams for technical inputs and clarification. Ensure all manuals comply with project specifications, company standards, client templates, and industry best practices. Participate in technical review meetings and incorporate client comments into final deliverables. Support preparation of commissioning and operational readiness documentation where required.
