Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure project scope, timelines, and quality requirements are met. Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays and cost overruns Technical Oversight & Compliance: Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of power systems (generation, substations, transmission, and distribution networks). Review and approve technical drawings, electrical designs, and specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, DEWA, or local regulations). Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and government authorities. Evaluate and select vendors for materials and equipment procurement. Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures. Promote a strong safety culture among teams and contractors. Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress using MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools. Prepare reports for stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and corrective actions. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical records
