Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the financial performance of the R&M operations across multiple shops, including cost control, revenue generation, and profitability. Monitor and improve cycle times for repair and maintenance processes, ensuring efficient turnaround and minimizing downtime. Ensure the reliability and quality of services provided by the R&M shops, implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage the allocation of resources (human, material, and equipment) across the R&M shops to meet operational demands and maximize productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, logistics, and engineering, to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges. Analyze performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Develop and manage budgets for the R&M operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the shop managers and their teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
