My client in the Solar industry is looking for a Service Engineer for a long-term assignment - see below. Start date: ASAP - by the end of May would be preferred Contract length: 12 Months Contract type: Freelance / Self-Employed Locations: Remote with occasional visit to Maastricht, Netherlands Hours per week: 40 Requirements: Fluent English speaker and writer - any Dutch or German language skills would be an advantage but not essential User of PVsyst or Synaptiq Solar industry experience Tasks: Failure management Signaling incoming failures via monitoring portals, inspections or customer reports Analyzing malfunctions and preparing technical solutions Coordinate appropriate actions in collaboration with suppliers, engineering and service technicians Checking work performed by field service Prepare periodic performance reports for customers Performance monitoring Monitoring and analyzing the performance of PV installations Optimize and maintain monitoring portals
