Job Description Roles & Responsibilities - Technical Leadership: Acts as the technical authority on offshore project activities, providing guidance and resolving engineering issues. - Project Coordination: Coordinates between different teams such as engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure seamless project progress. - Safety and Compliance: Ensures all offshore activities adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. - Quality Assurance: Monitors quality control processes to meet project specifications and standards. - Progress Monitoring: Tracks project milestones, schedules, and budgets, reporting on progress and potential risks. - Design Review & Validation: Review offshore engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility. - Procurement Support: Assist in the technical evaluation of equipment and materials for offshore installation. - Construction Support: Provide technical support during offshore construction activities, including installation, hook-up, and commissioning. - Site Supervision: Oversee offshore site activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, issues, and resolutions; prepare progress reports for stakeholders. - Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Liaison & Communication: Act as a point of contact between onshore teams, contractors, and clients, facilitating clear communication.
