Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of 33kV/11kV power substation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities including procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and client specifications. Liaise with consultants, clients, utility providers (e.g., ADDC, AADC), and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Prepare project documentation including progress reports, risk assessments, and technical submissions. Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and material requirements. Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain high productivity and safety standards. Handle technical issues and resolve site-related challenges promptly. Ensure effective project closeout, including testing, commissioning, and handover.
