Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Loops Automation is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Instrumentation Maintenance to lead the Portable Prover Operation & Maintenance Project under our long-term Technical Services Agreement with ADNOC Onshore. The role involves managing all technical, contractual, and operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery across ADNOC facilities. Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage the execution of operation and maintenance services for Mobile Prover systems. · Act as primary liaison with ADNOC representatives and ensure full compliance with contract terms, standards, and HSE requirements. · Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and technical support for field instrumentation. · Plan and control manpower mobilization, scheduling, and work execution. · Prepare and manage documentation including reports, Service Entry Sheets (SES), and invoicing through ARIBA. · Coordinate inspections, acceptance tests, and warranty obligations. · Ensure compliance with In-Country Value (ICV) and ADNOC regulations. · Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely performance. · Provide regular project progress and performance updates to management.
