Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Oil Spill Response (OSR) Expert / Station Manager to lead oil spill response operations for the Aramco Sub contractor Project. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily oil spill response station operations Lead emergency oil spill response as Incident Commander Ensure readiness of vessels & response equipment (booms, skimmers, etc.) Coordinate with NEOM Authority, Port & Coast Guard Ensure compliance with IMO, MARPOL & environmental regulations Train and manage response teams Requirements: Bachelor s in Environmental / Marine / Engineering or related field 7+ years experience in oil spill response or marine operations IMO Level 2 or 3 Oil Spill Response certification (preferred) Strong leadership & crisis management skills
