Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, education, hospitality, retail, government, and large venue sectors. Meet clients, consultants, contractors, and end users to understand project requirements. Promote and sell Professional AV solutions including: Audio systems (PA, conferencing, DSP, microphones, speakers) Projection systems (projectors, lenses, screens) LED video walls and digital signage solutions Unified Communications (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex) Control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX or similar) Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic technical submissions in coordination with pre-sales team. Conduct site visits and client presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management. Stay updated with AV technologies, products, and market trends. Technical Knowledge (Essential) Good understanding of: Professional audio systems Projection and display technologies LED video walls and digital signage Unified Communications platforms Control systems such as Crestron, Extron, AMX Ability to understand basic AV system concepts and communicate solutions to clients. Sales & Professional Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Confident client-facing personality Ability to develop long-term client relationships Target-oriented and self-motivated Good time management and planning skills Ability to work independently in outdoor / field sales role Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Electronics / Electrical Engineering/IT Or related AV technical field
