Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To support the management of Maintenance Method section to meet objectives and KPI's set by COMPANY Management. To collaborate, communicate and support across the different elements of Maintenance and Inspection and Field Operations, in the following critical areas: HSE Risk Management (Integrity Threats), Operational Safety (DGS), Development Opportunities, and Management of Change. Live and encourage an Incident Free environment and mindset. Promoting incident free values within the team and beyond. Provide support to execution team (Base operations, Campaign / Shutdown & Fabric Maintenance) in backlog management Update and develop fully resourced Maintenance strategies and work instruction for existing and newly installed equipment. Interface with MIEC (Maintenance and inspection Engineering contract) to review and validate all deliverables.
