Ensure project execution as per approved program, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Discuss, submit, and obtain approvals for shop drawings. Ensure site works are executed strictly as per approved drawings. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management. Report daily on site progress, manpower, and subcontractor status to Project Manager. Monitor team performance and site productivity. Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials at site. Ensure surplus/remaining materials are returned to company store. Ensure timely submission of progress invoices, payment certificates, and collections.
