Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Manager – Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of all operational and project coordination activities from order initiation to final installation and closure. The role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, within defined timelines, and in accordance with company quality standards. The position focuses heavily on execution monitoring, operational discipline, structured reporting, and performance metrics across measurement, scheduling, production coordination, and installation activities. The Manager – Operations will supervise the coordinators and executives, ensure accurate documentation and reporting systems, monitor operational KPIs, and provide weekly operational performance updates to senior management.
