Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibility Develops and establishes quality standards, procedures and systems for inspecting plans, quality trends, statistical plan price estimates and technical quality proposal plans. Performs inspections as per the approved ITP (Inspection Test Plan) Coordinates with NDT to perform DE/NDE Performs non-destructive testing methods like PT / MT etc. Prepares job specific Inspection & Test Plan Supervises site inspections, testing activities, project construction and commissioning activities and performs independent surveillance inspections Ensures that all work follows the approved method statements and drawings. Supports project team in reviewing project documents Prepares QA/QC Organogram and nominates personnels for client’s approval Manages inspection activities in all phases of project shutdown or fabrication work Reviews and prepares procurement, construction and commissioning related QA/QC documents Discusses and follows up with contractors/vendors for timely submission and approval of QA/QC documents Maintains record of templates including QA/QC dossier, test packs and MRBs and ensures their effective implementation
