Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates on culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness. Manage and maintain welding supplies, equipment, and workflow to optimize productivity and efficiency on-site. Work closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of welding activities. Enforce safety protocols and best practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Identify and address welding-related issues or challenges that arise during operations, providing technical support as needed.
