Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation & Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in the design, detailed engineering, and execution of liquid and gas custody transfer metering systems for oil & gas EPC projects. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from FEED to detailed design, procurement support, construction, and commissioning. Responsibilities: Lead detailed instrumentation and electrical engineering for custody transfer metering packages Select, specify, and review flow, pressure, temperature, and level instruments Perform instrument sizing calculations in accordance with international standards Develop and review: - P&IDs o Instrument hook-up drawings -Loop diagrams -System layouts -Prepare and review: - Instrument data sheets -Specification sheets -Technical requisitions -Generate MTO/BOM and support cost estimation for E&I scope Prepare and review Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and related documents Review vendor documentation and ensure compliance with project and client specifications Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, control, and project teams Provide technical support during FAT, SAT, and commissioning
