Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and breakdown). Maintain and troubleshoot: Krones filling, labeling, and packaging systems SIDEL blow molding, filling, and packaging equipment Work with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and automation systems. Ensure proper calibration and setup of machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues. Minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution of equipment failures Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies. Conduct shift handovers and daily briefings Ensure all maintenance work complies with HSE standards. Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
