Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Review and implement the overall commissioning strategy, execution plan, and procedures developed by CONTRACTOR. Define systemization, turnover philosophy, and commissioning sequencing aligned with project milestones. Ensure early integration of commissioning requirements into engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements. Oversee pre-commissioning activities including mechanical completion, flushing, cleaning, and testing. Lead commissioning execution for process and utility systems, ensuring adherence to procedures and schedules. Manage system completion, punch listing, and certification processes. Lead commissioning readiness reviews and audits. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with digital commissioning and completion management systems is an advantage
