Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Electrical Engineer manages site electrical works on construction projects, overseeing LV/ELV installation, commissioning, and authority approvals. This role provides technical leadership to the electrical site team and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all on-site electrical installation works including LV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and ELV systems. Review and interpret electrical shop drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate electrical works with other MEP disciplines to prevent clashes and ensure programme compliance. Manage electrical subcontractors, monitoring quality, progress, and safety compliance. Prepare and track electrical submittals, RFIs, and technical queries. Witness and supervise electrical testing and commissioning activities. Liaise with DEWA/SEWA for inspections, approvals, and energization. Prepare electrical progress reports and contribute to project reporting.
