Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose Responsible to deliver high quality services to our clients. The Slickline Supervisor oversees slickline, measurement, memory gauges and Digital Slickline operations to ensure efficient and safe execution of well intervention activities. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, as the supervisor is responsible for managing a team of slickline operators and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve operational goals. The Slickline Supervisor must ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards while optimizing performance and minimizing downtime. The Slickline Supervisor is in charge of their operating cell and is responsible for the training and development of personnel assigned to their cell and for the maintenance status of their assigned equipment.
