Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Instrumentation Asset Data & SAP PM Engineer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of instrumentation asset data, conducting equipment criticality assessments, and maintaining asset master data within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). The role supports maintenance reliability, asset performance, and operational excellence by standardizing equipment information and ensuring compliance with engineering and maintenance standards. Review instrumentation records to identify missing, inaccurate, or incomplete equipment data. Verify equipment information using P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrument index, datasheets, and asset registers. Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to collect and validate equipment information. Prepare and standardize equipment datasheets for pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzers, control valves, and other instrumentation assets. Update technical specifications, operating ranges, calibration details, and equipment parameters while ensuring document accuracy and revision control.
