Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Review project contracts, technical specifications, IFC drawings, method statements, and installation procedures. Prepare installation work packs, task plans, risk assessments, and engineering calculations. Coordinate route surveys, cable burial assessments, and seabed preparation activities. Support development of project schedules, mobilization plans, and resource requirements. Review installation methodologies for cable lay, sleeper placement, crossings, and post-lay activities. Offshore Execution Supervise offshore cable laying operations from installation vessels, barges, or construction support vessels. Coordinate deployment and installation of concrete sleepers, cable protection systems, mattresses, and crossing supports. Monitor vessel operations, DP activities, cable tension, lay speed, touchdown monitoring, and route adherence. Oversee cable pull-ins, shore approaches, terminations, and tie-in activities where applicable. Interface with marine, survey, diving, and ROV teams during installation activities. Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance during offshore campaigns. Project Coordination
