Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Engineering Leadership: Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Civil, Mechanical, Pipeline, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation) to ensure seamless technical execution across all project phases. Field Instrumentation Leadership: Direct all site instrumentation execution, installation, and field engineering activities across pipeline routes, valve stations, and scraper launchers/receivers. Design & Technical Review: Review and validate instrumentation design packages, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, cable schedules, and material submittals against Saudi Aramco standards. Aramco Standards Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-J series), SAMSS, standard drawings, and international codes (ISA, IEC, IEEE). System Integration & Testing: Lead loop checking, calibration, pre-commissioning, and testing of field transmitters, motorized control valves (MOVs), ESD systems, and SCADA interfaces. Vendor & Material Management: Conduct Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs), review vendor documentation, and manage Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) / Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for critical control instrumentation.
