Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Independently manage mechanical and hydraulic maintenance activities within the Fluids Department and other assigned plant areas. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and hydraulic breakdowns, including root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and equipment restoration. Develop, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to improve equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime. Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of maintenance work in line with approved schedules. Conduct RCA and FMEA to identify recurring failures and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. Identify and maintain adequate critical and essential spare parts, coordinating with Stores, Procurement, and relevant stakeholders. Monitor equipment availability, reliability, downtime, and maintenance performance, and implement improvement actions where required.
